Dear Valued Agents,
All Insured Persons who have bought single trip policies for travels to Thailand and who wish to cancel their trips, will be entitled to full refund of the premium paid, this is provided that we receive their cancellation instructions by the 21 October 2011. This will apply to all insurance policies applied between the 7 October 2011 to 13 October 2011.
Please note that TRAVELON policies purchased from 14 October 2011 for travel to affected areas will not be covered for the known event in Thailand.
