Marine Liability & Marine Cargo - Please contact your intermediaries for any marine claim matters.
Motor Claims - To report non-injury accident at any of our authorised workshops, herein also refer to our "authorised reporting centres", with your vehicles within 24 hours from the time of accident.
Trade Credit Claims - Please call the Trade Credit Department at 65 - 6477 1119 for assistance.
Other Claim Forms - Please contact our Claims Department at 65 - 6477 1123 if you wish to obtain hardcopies of any claim forms.
Submitting Your Claim Form
When you lodge your claim form, we need a signed declaration. For that reason, you should print out your selected claim form and submit in hardcopy, duly signed by mail or fax. Alternatively, you can also scan your completed and signed claim form and send it via email to our claims department.
We will advise you on the progress of your claim through your insurance broker/agent or directly.
